Our Story

In 2021, Alex Chen was running a successful taco shop in Austin. Orders were up 40% thanks to delivery apps. But profit? Down 15%. The math didn't make sense until he dug into the numbers.

He discovered he was losing money on 23% of his menu items when sold through DoorDash. His bestseller—a $12 burrito—was actually costing him $0.47 per order after commissions. And 78% of his delivery customers never came back.

He spent months building spreadsheets, adjusting prices, and trying to fix it manually. It worked—but it took 15 hours a week. That's when he called Sarah, a friend who'd just left DoorDash's engineering team.

"What if we could automate all of this?" Alex asked.
